The London Borough of Hillingdon Council intends to award contracts for the Design and Build of five outdoor gyms in five separate locations within the Borough as follows:
| 1. | Churchfield Gardens, Ruislip HA4 8ES |
| 2. | Dowding Park, Uxbridge (old RAF site) UB10 0FW |
| 3. | Hayes End Rec, Hayes UB3 2TZ |
| 4. | New Pond / Spider Park, South Ruislip HA4 0DR |
| 5. | The Closes Rec, West Drayton UB7 7PY |
The Gyms are to be tendered together but will be evaluated and awarded separately as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The contractor can decide as to how many Lots they wish to bid for.
The designs will be evaluated on the basis of 80% quality to 20% price.
It is expected that each scheme shall be completed on site within a four week period, however, all works must be substantially completed and invoiced for, by the 15th December 2021, or within 12 weeks of the issue of a purchase order or letter of Award of Contract.
