St Stephen Parish Council are looking for a high quality solution for the specified extension and internal refurbishment of part of the Sports Pavilion at Greenwood Park, Tippendell Lane, Chiswell Green, St Albans, AL2 3HW from high quality providers that deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of St Stephen Parish Council, comprising building construction work and refurbishment work.
