Working within the Portfolio Office, this role will act as one of the senior project/programme planners for major deliverables within the Department. The post holder will be responsible for delivering a set of planning services that include (but are not limited to):
| - | establishing and maintaining integrated end-2-end programme and project plans; |
| - | holding teams accountable for regular updates to project and programme plans; |
| - | maintain programme dependency and milestones tracking to feed reporting; |
| - | generating management information (MI) reports; |
| - | provide planning guidance and support across the department; |
| - | establish and maintain a standard set of planning and reporting tools and templates in line with programme governance needs; and, |
| - | drive the adoption of planning and reporting standards across the department. |
