Structural Surveying

The Service Provider shall be required to carry out surveys to structural defects and provide timely reports which can include professional recommendations to complete remedial works, technical drawings and calculations within the specified timescales as per the Key Performance Indicators.

The service provider shall be required to inspect defects, diagnose causation, recommend remediation, and sign off all completed works as directed by the Contract Administrator.

Midland Hearts Service Terms and Conditions have been attached for you to review. Please complete the Data Sharing section of the Terms and Conditions and attach this to the relevant place holder.

Please sign the relevant parts of the Quote document and the Contractor Duty form and attach these to the relevant place holder.

Attached to the documents are further codes of conduct and procedures that will apply please review these documents.

Suppliers are required to register onto the portal where the advert for the contract can be found. Within the advert is the relevant documents, upload link and online questionnaire. Suppliers are required to upload relevant documents through the portal and input responses to quality questions and pricing through the online questionnaire.

The contract start date is subject to internal approval of contract award and the date provided is to indicate potential start date.
