description
The Supplier shall provide the following deliverables to the Customer as part of the Services:
Pay Gap Analysis 2024 - 26 for 2024 to 2026 pay gap cycles:
Assured compliance
This now consists of:
- Data source validation and audit (conducted with Ofwat's payroll)
- Access to Supplier's cloud-based platform
- Year-on-year trend analysis (using previous year's data)
- Two Insight discovery sessions
- oFirst session with delivery team
- oSecond session with wider team, employee group or SLT
- Draft metrics and baseline narrative including commentary on trend analysis
- Compliance check after every process and before any deadline to ensure that Ofwat are fully compliant with regards to any extant legislation
Consultation
Although technology is at the core of the Supplier's Service, they see collaborative consultation as the real value that enables insight discovery and provides the basis for viable action plans and progress.
The Supplier has included five hours work (per cycle) with their principal consultant to ensure that they are available to provide advice, insights and data-driven analysis to support Ofwat's requirements.
The Supplier's unique Trend Analysis will allow Ofwat to tell the year-on-year story and explain how the departure and arrival of talent has affected and compares to those that have worked at Ofwat throughout.
Further services will add additional chargeable hours to this baseline.
Timeframes
2024-26 Timelines
The Supplier recommends the Service is initiated once the contract is signed and onboarding has been successfully completed and that the whole process should be completed each year between June and August (aiming for a 2-week period within that timeframe to carry out the bulk of the work).
