Cleaning and Coating of Balcony Works

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of Cleaning and Coating of Balcony Works

The work required in this tender relates to the cleaning and coating of balcony surfaces to 66 residential units located at the David Murray John Tower Swindon for Swindon Borough Council.

The estimated value is £200,000 due to begin mid April 2022 for a period of 16 weeks.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 13th December 2021, 15:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
