description

The NWUPC has a requirement to establish a Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Audio Visual Equipment and the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment. NWUPC is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”) on behalf of members of NWUPC, and the Crescent Purchasing Consortia (CPC).

The Contract Notice has been advertised in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union and on Contracts Finder and the process is being conducted under the EU Procurement Directive’s, Open Procedure.

The Tender process is being led by NWUPC; the main point of contact for the duration of this exercise is:

All communications from Tenderers (including their sub-contractors, consortium members, consultants and advisers) during the period of this procurement exercise must be directed via the correspondence function on In-Tend at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/nwupc and must not be sent via direct email or telephone.

This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st March 2016 for an initial period of 24 months until 28th February 2018 with the option to extend the Agreement for 12 months until 28th February 2019 and a further 12 months until 29th February 2020 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.

The Framework Agreement will be split into 3 lots as follows:

Lot 1 – The Supply and Delivery of Audio Visual Equipment (Mainland UK, Islands and Northern Ireland)

Lot 2 – The Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment and Associated Services (Mainland UK & Islands)

Lot 3 – The Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment and Associated Services (Northern Ireland)
