Lift Modernisation to Gale Court & Manor Court

The works include modernisation of two hydraulic passenger lifts at two sheltered schemes for the elderly in Central Bedfordshire; each comprising of two floors.

The tender also includes provision of a temporary stairlift at one property for the duration of the lift modernisation works.

It is anticipated that work will take 6 weeks to complete and will be carried out between January - February 2017.

Deadline for Expressions of Interest and availability of downloading documents is 2nd September 2016.

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our “in-tend” electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the “My Return” section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12 noon on Friday, 9th September 2016.
