The Isle of Wight Council (\"the Authority\") invites Tenders from suitably qualified providers for the provision of a single supplier day to day building maintenance Framework Agreement (\"framework\"). The framework is to run from 01 December 2016 for a period of 4 years subject to the Framework Agreement between the Authority and the awarded supplier. This framework is primarily intended for use by the Isle of Wight Council at its own corporate premises and facilities.

The following organisations are named parties to the outcome of this tender and are therefore entitled at any time during the framework term to enter into a call-off contract with the successful supplier.
