four sides from North to West.
This successful provider will have to provide a structural appraisal, material testing, survey and investigation to identify the type and nature of the construction of the car park, to check/inspect/investigate each individual element of the structure, to accurately assess current levels of deterioration and to identify further detailed planned maintenance.
