The East Sussex Procurement Hub is working on behalf of Wealden District Council (referred to hereafter as the Council) to seek offers to propose, supply, install, provide training and ongoing support for a software accounting system to support the Council’s Enforcement Agent when collecting council tax and rate debts using the Taking Control of Goods regulations 2013 (TCG) and collecting non-statutory debts. The software will provide an account debt chasing system based on TCG escalating debts through the phases and adding/removing statutory fees.
