During project delivery we wish to complete Data and Insight maturity assessments of each of our business units, which will cover the following areas:
| • | Roadmap for data and analytics capabilities focusing on business outcomes. |
| • | Detailed plan for the role of Data and Reporting Analysts. |
| • | Roadmap for software refresh and cloud adoption. |
We wish to work alongside an external consultancy to support the development of these plans and provide an assessment of maturity with data and analytics, leading to a full rollout plan for Data and Insight across the organisation.
