Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council in conjunction with Shakespeare North Trust are seeking lump sum tenders (presented as a detailed resource plan for the project and identifying hourly rates) for the provision of professional design services for the creation of Shakespeare North, a new historic theatre and educational facility to be created in Prescot, Knowsley.
