Morningthorpe landfill site power generation

Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract for the operation, maintenance, installation and commissioning of a small scale power generation plant to utilise the circa 34% methane and 40m³/hr landfill gas on Morningthorpe landfill site. A fixed royalty amount is requested to provide this solution per annum.

Initial contract will run for 10 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years.
