Norfolk County Council is seeking an Evaluation Partner to design and deliver an evaluation strategy and approach to understand the impact of projects funded by Government through the Community Renewal Fund. This will enable us to both understand the short-term impact of projects within the funding period and provide an evidence base to inform our approach to the forthcoming UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
