The contract is for the provision of a Custom Made Insoles (orthotic) service for new and existing patients of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The objective of the products shall be to-
- Improve and aid mobility of patients
- Reduce back pain and knee tension
- Improve posture of the patient
A 3 years contract with option to extend by two periods of 12 months (5 years max duration)
Closing date for offers (and deliver of samples) is 12 NOON on 2nd November 2017
