CAMHS ENGAGEMENT PROCUREMENT – 2016-2020
NHS Sandwell & West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking specialist support to consult/engage with children and young people in Sandwell about their views/use of Emotional Health & Wellbeing Services, including Specialist Children & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). We want to gather their views (and views from their parents and carers) on their use of a range of community services and test out our plans for delivering these in the future. We very much want the approach to be a co-production, with young people actively involved in the development.
We want to undertake engagement annually for the next 4 years, and therefore need respondents to commit to providing a service on an annual basis until 2020
If you are interested, you can read more in our specification which you can download.
Respondents must be able to demonstrate:
Evidence of past experience of collaborating/co-production for the purpose of engaging with children and young people
An understanding of the best ways to work in partnership with children and young people, their families and carers to engage with them.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of inclusive approach which identifies all stakeholders (particularly those groups who may be excluded or vulnerable (LAC, homeless people, LGBTQ people)
Ability to meet tight deadlines and show a clear project management approach
Capacity to commence/complete this year’s engagement by December 2016
Ability to deliver within the budget (< 80K)
Have a DBS check within the last three years.
The CCG are very interested in receiving EOI for collaborative partnerships
This work relates to the delivery of our CAMHS Transformation Plan (2015 – 2020) and the re-procurement of an Emotional Health & Wellbeing service in partnership with the Local Authority.
