Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to commission a multi provider framework for the provision of supported lodgings for Warwickshire care leavers aged 16-21. The Council shall be able to call off placements with framework providers as and when required in respect of young people eligible for the service.
The Service will provide a supported lodgings model, recruiting and supporting adult householders ('Hosts') to provide accommodation and support to the Young Person in a safe family home environment. The Provider will offer support to the Host and to the Young Person throughout the duration of the placement.
Parent and child and emergency overnight placements may also be required.
