| 1.7 | The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive service for Secure document storage and retrieval. The key objectives are: |
| a. | A secure service to meet the requirements of IG Toolkit |
| b. | Daily uplift and delivery facilities to all sites |
| c. | Permanent on line access to data records |
| d. | Proactive Records Management |
| e. | Supporting the Trust through a process of transfer to electronic records Management. |
| f. | Delivering Innovation throughout the life of the Contract. |
| g. | Delivering ongoing cost management to reduce costs throughout the life of the Contract. |
| h. | To hold ISO9001:2008 accreditation |
