description
Manage readiness and change activities to deliver the committed outcomes. Champion cross-organisational learning, best practice change management tools and processes.
Delivery the change narrative, working closely with workstream leads and stakeholder and communications colleagues.
Identify, analyse and monitor capacity and capability including skills and competencies. Implement interventions, tactics and solutions to deliver the end state required for change.
Identify, develop and facilitate a series of tests, focused activities and scenarios to ensure readiness working with key stakeholders, partners and the devolved administrations and crown dependencies. Safeguard end-to-end testing as a critical output of the programme.
Build and nurture strong networks internally and externally to support sustained and value adding relationships for the programme.
Monitor, report and assure readiness criteria. Track delivery against these criteria and own the go/no go assessment prior to each step.
Identify, manage and assure allocation of funding and resourcing for readiness activity.
Collaborate with colleagues in the programme management office and stakeholders to plan benefits realisation and integrate within the programme.
Facilitate identification, analysis and monitoring of readiness risk. Direct the creation and format of periodic and ad-hoc readiness assurance, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, as required.
Ensure that individual and organisational learning and talent development opportunities are fully exploited in order to enhance organisational capability.
