The opportunity will be in up to 2 lots comprising of:

4a:

Project brief/summary

·Loft insulation to the town hall roof

·Heating Modifications in plantroom to allow for connection of District Heating System.

·Domestic Hot Water Service cylinder to be replaced with a plate heat exchanger, buffer vessel & ancillaries to suit the district heating energy source. ·Dynamic Radiator Valves on all emitters (D-TRV's).

·BMS modifications to suit District Heating.

·Installation of Photovoltaic (PV) panels

·Dynamic Radiator Valves on all emitters.

·Installation of zone control valves to kitchen & foyer zones.

Both Lots are on adjacent Sites;

Worthing Town Hall Chapel Rd, Worthing BN11 9SA
