WCC - Children and Family Centre Services

The council is seeking providers to deliver new Children and Family Centre Services within Warwickshire in 5 Lots to replace the existing Warwickshire Children's Centres. The service will include the following core elements:

1. Coordination and administration of the designated Children & Family Centres and associated outreach provision;
2. Provision of a range of stay, play and learn opportunities;
3. Locality and community development, including volunteer coordination.

The service is available to families with children and young people pre-birth to 19 (or 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities).

After selection, there are dialogue stages, a tender stage, a negotiation/clarification stage and award.

TUPE will apply to this procurement process.

Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process.
