The University of Warwick , Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG), has a requirement for the supply, installation and commissioning of ultrasonic wire bonding and data traceability systems. The tender is mad up of 2 lots as follows-
Lot 1 - Ultrasonic Wedge Bonding Station Lot 2 - Data Traceability
