Dover Castle Masterplan (Phase 1) project - Lead Consultant, Conservation Architect, Architect

English Heritage is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake the role of:

1. Conservation Architect (design, schedules, specification, etc) for the conservation work (Approx. ?3,655,000 construction costs)
2. Architect (design, schedules, specification, etc) for enabling work for the Interpretation and Play projects (Approx. ?3,979,000 build costs for Interpretation and Play including enabling)
3. Lead Consultant. The co-ordination of all consultants* for the delivery of conservation work, enabling work, Play and Interpretation
4. Contract Administrator for the conservation work, enabling work, Play and Interpretation (Likely to be three or possibly four different principal contractors)
5. Principal Designer for the conservation work, enabling work, Play and Interpretation (Entire project).

*The following consultants will also be directly appointed by English Heritage as part of this project for the Lead consultant to co-ordinate: ? Play designer

? Interpretation designer

? Quantity Surveyor

? Building Services Engineer

? Geo-Technical Engineer

? Ecologist

? Structural Engineer

? Other minor consultants
