Framework Agreement for the Provision of Tier 4 Drugs and Alcohol Inpatient Detoxification and Residential Rehabilitation Services

Additional information: Havering Council is inviting suitable Providers to join a standing list of Providers offering a range of specialist and non-specialist Tier 4 Inpatient Alcohol and/or Drugs Detox provision and a range of abstinence-based Primary and Secondary Residential Rehabilitation Treatment services to be accessible to residents of the London Borough of Havering. The six lots comprising the service are detailed below. The Providers will offer flexible treatment packages suitable for the differing level of Service User need and complexity. Interested organisations are reminded that this tender is for inclusion on a standing list only and once approved all placements will be subject to a panel process, and mini-competition amongst framework providers. Organisations may bid for one or more Lots and submissions are welcome from single providers or consortia.

Lot 1 – Planned alcohol medically assisted inpatient detoxification.

Lot 2 – Complex/Crisis medically assisted; alcohol detoxification and stabilisation.

Lot 3 – Planned drug medically assisted inpatient detoxification.

Lot 4 – Complex/Crisis medically assisted; drug detoxification and stabilisation.

Lot 5 – Medically assisted front end detoxification with residential/quasi rehabilitation programme.

Lot 6 – Specialist residential rehabilitation.
