Normanby Hall Golf Club is owned and currently run by the Council. The Council leases the land from the Normanby Estate and has consent from the landowner to award this concession contract. The Facility opened to the public in 1978 and is highly regarded for its unique design and testing eighteen hole, par 72 course. It adjoins Normanby Hall Country Park and is set in 117 acres of established wood and parkland. The course combines a club membership with pay and play opportunities. The practice facilities are provided adjacent to the course. Principal facilities include:

| • | Driving range |
| • | Practice putting green |
| • | Practice net |
| • | Clubhouse changing room and toilets |
| • | Clubhouse bar, lounge, restaurant/function room and 19th hole club room |
| • | Golf Professional's shop and office |
