description

The contracting authority (Southwark Council) is seeking to appoint a single, experienced provider to deliver high quality repair and maintenance services in relation to its public space CCTV system within the geographical boundaries of the London Borough of Southwark.

The term of the proposed contract is four years to commence in July 2016.

The services to be delivered within the contract include:-

  • Central CCTV control rooms
  • Housing Refresh CCTV cameras/systems
  • CCTV transmission network owned by the contracting authority
  • Town centre community safety CCTV systems
  • Relocatable CCTV cameras
  • Planned replacement of cameras and other CCTV equipment
  • Transmission between partners' CCTV systems and the CCTV control room
  • CCTV systems owned by the contracting authority and others and managed by the contracting authority
  • Traffic enforcement cameras

The contracting authority will appoint the highest ranked bidder following evaluation of the tenders.
