Request For Quotation - Midland Metro Limited - Creative & Marketing Services

Midland Metro Limited (MML) is seeking to appoint up to two creative agencies to provide and implement complete creative and marketing support for West Midlands Metro. This includes the buying and managing of Media services when required for the full completion and delivery of marketing campaigns.

The Agency/ Agencies will be challenged to deliver an engaging and high-achieving multi-channel (digital & traditional) strategy, including plans and campaigns which support and improve ticket sales, customer retention, partnership relationships, staff recruitment, brand awareness and which enhance MML's reputation.

This tender is being evaluated on the basis of 65/35 quality/price and only those organisations that have responded satisfactorily to the Standard Selection Questionnaire will go on to have their tenders assessed.

The contract is planned to commence from 1st June 2023 until 30th November 2024, (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of the contract), with the option to extend for up to an additional six or twelve months.

The closing date for submissions is 12.00 noon on 21/03/23 and the deadline for any clarification questions is 12.00 noon on 10/03/23.
