Isolate existing services, strip out

To carefully remove any existing loose or damaged wall tiles

Make good plaster work

Supply & fit whiterock, up to 2400mm high, stuck to existing walls with welded joints.

Jointing between Altro & whiterock

To uplift existing flooring & make good

Supply lay levelling compound

Supply & fit new safety flooring cap & coved throughout

To manufacture & reinstate new toilet cubicles in Compact Grade laminate 12.5mm, edges chamfered, polished ironmongery durable Satin Anodised Aluminium To supply, install & plumb in new wall hung wash h& basins fitted with push top, time flow taps fitted with a thermostatic controller & isolation valves Mount & plumb in new standard size toilet pans & low level cisterns with push button (Urinals in Male Area)

Supply & install new showers

Install new drinking fountain, soap & h& towel dispensers

Supply & fit new 'bar' style wall heaters

Supply back to boiler room timer including frost stat

decorate using vinyl matt paint all remaining walls & exposed pipe work & doors

make good any damages & general wear & tear to all walls

supply only perimeter benches using 'Cantilever' support brackets in metal, powder coated to match. Seating slats manufactured from Polyrey Compact Solid Grade 'Sanitized Antibacterial' laminate 12.5mm. All edges machined, chamfered & polished supply only perimeter coat hook rails in Polyrey Compact Solid Grade 'Sanitized antibacterial' laminate 12.5mm. All edges machined, chamfered & polished Supply aluminium coat hoots
