We are looking for technical partners to help us explore, shape, co-create and test a prototype for a national digital presence for the United Kingdom's public libraries. We need a technical partner to bring the right expertise and an eye for fresh thinking as we develop a new service for public libraries, providing everyone digital access to the public library, regardless of postcode.
