Delivery Notes

The provision of External Audit Services for Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), its subsidiaries, Joint Venture companies and the ARU Foundation. In addition, audits are required for the US Direct Loan (FFEL) Program, the Teachers Pension Agency, and ad-hoc audits for specific projects. An additional requirement is the preparation of the Corporation Tax returns for the subsidiary companies on an annual basis and for Anglia Ruskin University when specifically requested by HMRC. The term of this audit will be initially for 5 years, with the option to extend for a further two years. The service will commence on 1st April 2021, in preparation for the audit of the accounts for the year ending 31 July 2021. Therefore, the term of the engagement will be initially for 5 years (with the option to extend for a further two years), expiring on 31st March 2026 (following the audit of the accounts to 31July 2025).
