Together Housing Association Structural subsidence remedial works (residential property/ies)

THA are looking to enter an agreement with an organisation to carry out works that relate to subsidence damage caused by defective drains and/or adjacent tree roots which has resulted in compaction of made-up ground.

The work comprises of preparatory works, underpinning to gable elevation and part front elevations, clay board replacement, concrete reinforcement, helibar reinforcement, remedial works following opening up, masonry, plasterwork, joinery, drainage, clean and completion.

It will be mandatory to provide gas and electrical safety certification following any M&E works.

We will require the winning bidder to carry out the works as soon as is practicable following the standard and mandator time frames as set out in section 1.3.

Together Housing reserve the right to return to the winning bidder to quote for further works associated with the schedule of works and pricing rates to carry out works to the maximum value of £200,000 inclusive of VAT over the next 24 months.

The programme of work / necessity schedule will be agreed with the lead Contact at Together Housing upon contract award.
