Provision of Travel Services

The outline of this procurement is to select and implement efficient and best-in-class travel management services at the Commonwealth Secretariat. Through this procurement process the Secretariat wishes to find and appoint a suitable TMS supplier. The appointed supplier shall be awarded a contract that shall be effective for 5 years, with an option to extend for a maximum of up to 2 years.

To participate in the tender process, interested parties ('Bidders') must complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire ('PQQ') which can be downloaded by registering on our e-tendering portal. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/thecommonwealth/aspx/Home

The PQQ responses must be returned via the Commonwealth Secretariat's e-procurement portal by 12:00 noon BST on 27th July 2023. Any questions pertaining to this procurement or PQQ document must be submitted via our e-tendering portal.

The deadline for clarification questions (regarding this procurement or the PQQ document) to be submitted by bidders to the Secretariat on our e-tendering portal is 5 pm BST on 17th July 2023. The Secretariat will publish answers to clarification questions received, on our e-tendering portal.

The deadline for PQQ responses submission is 12:00 noon BST on 27th July 2023.
