The North and South Cyclical works are for a mixture of dwellings on social housing estates based in Kirklees, West Yorkshire. These are external works that have been gathered together over a period of time and have been batched to be delivered in one package by the successful contractor.
We estimate that the combined North and South works should be delivered within 29 weeks of start date. KNH are seeking suitable suppliers who will deliver the works to a high standard and within this time frame.
