Traffic Management Technology 2

Crown Commercial Service as the contracting authority has put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Traffic Management Technology (TMT), to be accessed by all UK Public Sector bodies, but designed specifically for Central Government, Devolved Administrations, Local Authorities, including Local Transport Authorities and Combined Authorities, Health and Police. This will assist them in meeting their duties under the Traffic Management Act (TMA) and other traffic related duties as appropriate to the Public bodies using this Framework.

Additional information: Potential Providers were assessed in accordance with Section 5 of the Regulations implementing the Directive on the basis of information provided in response to an Invitation to Tender ('ITT').

The procurement was managed electronically via Crown Commercial Service's e-Sourcing Suite. To participate in this procurement, Potential Providers had first to be registered on the e-Sourcing Suite.

A full copy of the ITT documentation for this Procurement was also available via the Crown Commercial Service website from the date of the publication of the Contract Notice.
