description
An engagement plan is required that includes a series of short films to engage with stakeholders and wider public/interested parties in the development and delivery of Birmingham Smithfield. This content will support and form part of a webpage on the existing Big City Plan website.
Due to the scale of the opportunity presented by Birmingham Smithfield there is a need to reach as wider audience as possible and on an ongoing basis with development of the planning framework. Content should excite and engage stakeholders in the area’s transformation. It will need to present a clear understanding of the opportunity in the context of the city’s growth story, its future challenges and opportunities. It will need to take account of various sensitivities relevant to the different aspects of Birmingham Smithfield and the wider Big City Plan.
The successful quotation will have a clear understanding of these sensitivities as well as an excellent and established relationship with stakeholders. They will have a passion for the city and its future transformation.
