- 189 Next Generation Access Broadband Infrastructure for Cheshire & Warrington To cover areas of Cheshire and Warrington that currently do not have superfast broadband available Open to bidders who have already submitted an expression of interest (which had to be completed by 4th July 2017)
Additional information: The process is open until 25th August but any bids that had not submitted an expression of interest, Code of Conduct and Certificate of Non Collusion by the period stated in the procurement documents will mean that these bids will not be compatible with the process set out in the Code of Conduct (which is a requirement of the 2016 National Broadband Scheme state aid decision).
