3rd Party Software has been procured to provide dynamic scheduling for appointing and managing the Direct Maintenance repair jobs for reactive repairs. The dynamic scheduling tool will ensure the most efficient use of our technicians to allow more jobs per day to be completed. It will also enable better management of the technicians diaries on a daily basis.
