West Sussex County Council (the Council) wishes to conduct an Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for a Service Provider to deliver the above training in accordance with the specification.
The primary focus is to:
Equip frontline social workers with techniques and strategies that support their emotional wellbeing and minimise the risk of burnout which impacts negatively on sickness absence and staff turnover.
