It was established in 1974 and owns and manages over 19,000 homes, in 36 local authority areas, mainly in London and the Home Counties. Network Homes are seeking to set up a Contractors Framework for the following three lots:

- Lot 2 - GBP4.5m-GBP25m
- Lot 3 - GBP20m+
