The Council employs a building maintenance division called BTS which is also a trading arm of the Council. They use direct labour as well as sub-contractors
The purpose of this tender is to employ a solar PV support contractors with the view to award a primary provider for on a small works basis and up to a maximum of 3 contingents to provide support as required by the council.
