description

The aim of the Council's requirement is to provide Practitioners with a proactive and managed activity monitoring service that supports the completion of objective evidence-based care needs assessments of adults with dementia, learning disabilities, autism and other complex conditions. This will contribute to achieving the Council's vision of "right care, right time, right place, right information, right choices" and introduce a TEC First approach in Cornwall.

The Council's requirement is to source a temporary and managed 'plug & go' system that consists of, but is not limited to, activity, movement and door sensors connected via a central digital hub, that gathers data generated to chart the activity of individuals' day-to-day capabilities and better inform care needs assessments.

If you are interested in this area of service provision and also helping with our assessment of the market, please complete the "Information Required" section at the end of this notice along with any additional information you consider to be relevant and return this via the Due North system/e-mail by midday on 08/03/24
