description
***This advert is for market engagement only***
NHS Arden and GEM CSU, on behalf of NHS Coventry and Warwickshire CCG, intends to undertake a procurement process to implement a Safehaven service across Coventry and Warwickshire.
The Safe Haven model will be aimed at de-escalating mental distress; it is hoped this will be an important part of a pathway for people experiencing mental distress, with the aim of providing open access to a service across Coventry & Warwickshire, at times when traditional services are closed.
Prior to this process, the commissioner is looking to engage with the market in order to communicate the CCGs intentions to procure the service and also obtain market feedback to help finalise the service specification, contract model and procurement strategy.
As such, the CCG requests that potential providers of this service complete a market engagement questionnaire and submit by the deadline of 17:00 on the 24th May 2021.
To access the questionnaire, as well as obtain further information relating to the service, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=UK and click the link to register (If your organisation has not registered previously)
- Once registered, login into the system and look for 'quote/tender' reference 44181 - Safehaven Service (Coventry and Warwickshire) - Market Engagement.
To enable potential providers to understand the scope and scale of the requirements the Commissioner has provided the following draft documents which can be downloaded from the attachments area of this notice.
- Draft Contract Particulars, including:
- Draft Service Specification (Schedule 2)
- C&R Safehaven Service - Aims and Objectives (Summary)
Further information is available via the EU Supply eProcurement portal. (Please see access instructions above).
For any technical support, please contact the e-tendering helpdesk on 0800 840 2050 or support@eu-supply.com
Additional information: The commissioner does not bind itself to commencing or running any public procurement procedure further to, or as a result of, this market engagement. Any subsequent procurement will be commenced by way of a separate call for competition via notices published in Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
Any and all documents that are made available to the market as part of this engagement exercise are draft and are subject to change.
