description
This is being procured under the light touch regime Directive 2014/24/EU.
The Authority is seeking a service provider to deliver a strategic and proactive on-street patrolling service within the South Bank Area, between Blackfriars Road and Lambeth Bridge. Patrol service will engage closely with the Authority's stakeholders as well as provide a street ambassadorial role to visitors of the South Bank. They will also be required to address key issues regarding illegal street trading, homelessness, street population and anti-social behaviour.
The Patrol service will also be required to work closely with the Authority's partners, including the Police and Local Authority enforcement officers.
The Service Provider must be SIA approved and part of the Community Safety Accreditation Scheme as a minimum
