Derby City Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified consultant to develop a robust and independent methodology, compliant with the National Planning Policy Framework, Planning Practice Guidance and best practice to assess how well our existing POS performs against our existing quantity and accessibility standards and by assessing their quality and role in the wider green infrastructure hierarchy.
