ONR is seeking expert technical support in the sampled assessment of the documentation describing the identification and assessment of HBSCs and HRAs. Assessment will be based predominantly on:

| • | ONR Technical Assessment Guide NS-TAST-GD-058 for Human factors Integration; |
| • | ONR Technical Assessment Guide NS-TAST-GD-063 for Human Reliability Analysis; |
| • | Other relevant ONR guidance including Technical Assessment Guides and Technical Inspection Guides; |
| • | Relevant IAEA guidance. Consider T&S costs passed on by TSC; |
