description
Consultancy Services have been sought relation to DBT's Organisation Design Review. A report is to be produced to cover the below points.
- Produce a comprehensive picture of what resource is delivering what outcomes and to which customers/partners. This will include testing our outcomes and current understanding in order to provide challenge to the organisation, the current operating model; and the key interlinkages and overlaps between teams' work; map the structures and shapes of teams. This work should also include reference to other aspects such as process, technology, data and locations.
- Identify and present a range of opportunities for core DBT to improve, based on benchmarking against OGDs and other organisations, and prior engagements with other similar clients. To include producing recommendations on a future operating model and identify where change is needed to prioritise more ruthlessly to our priorities, reduce duplication, utilise other delivery or team models, better position to more effectively engage with our customers, and to more flexibly and efficiently structure teams In doing this we need to identify and protect our strengths; and capture the best insight from other Departments and the wider business community
