WAV-4111-Waverley Borough Council Building Works Framework

Waverley Borough Council (WBC) invites Expressions of Interest in relation to a framework agreement providing building works for approximately 5,000 properties within Waverley, Surrey.

It is intended that the framework agreement will commence in April, 2019. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is four years

The framework will be divided into the following lots:

Lot 1: Redecorations and associated repairs Lot 2: Roofing Works

Lot 3: Drainage Works

Lot 4: General Building Works
