West Berkshire Council are looking to procure a contractor to deliver building repairs and maintenance, for a period of 3 years with the option to extend up to 2 years.
The contract will cover reactive and minor repairs and maintenance for building fabric related issues and low level electrical and plumbing.
The anticipated start date is 1st May 2023.
