GB-Telford: Employee Wellbeing Training

To enable the Council to support employees through times of change the authority is tendering for Employee Wellbeing Training. This aims to form part of a wider wellbeing offer for staff to ensure they are well supported.

We are looking to deliver one or more ½ day employee wellbeing training sessions, up to 12 Employee Wellbeing courses per year with (possibly) multiple events per course.

The Employee Wellbeing training may be broken down into more than one course as by the provider to ensure the needs of the Council are met. We will the offer for the training outlined in this document to one provider to ensure consistency across Council.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
